These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the OM Crop Science Dealer Application.
By accessing or using the application, dealers agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Dealer Access
The application is intended only for dealers, distributors, and business associates of OM Crop Science.
Dealers may register themselves through the application by providing valid business and contact information.
OM Crop Science reserves the right to verify, approve, suspend, or reject any dealer account if false, misleading, unauthorized, or suspicious information is found.
2. Dealer Responsibilities
Dealers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information
- Maintaining account confidentiality
- Using the application for authorized business purposes only
- Submitting genuine payment proofs
3. Quotation Process
- Dealers may create quotations through the

4. Product Pricing
All product prices, schemes, offers, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
The final approved quotation shall be considered valid for processing.
5. Payment Process
- Payment account details will shared on call conversation.
- Dealers must transfer payment to the official company account
- Dealers are required to upload payment screenshots/proofs after payment submission.
6. Payment Verification
OM Crop Science reserves all rights related to payment approval, verification, acceptance, rejection, and processing. Any decision regarding payment validation shall be final and binding.
OM Crop Science reserves the right to:
- Approve payments
- Reject suspicious or invalid payments
- Request additional verification
- Hold quotations until payment confirmation is completed
Fake or edited payment screenshots may result in permanent suspension.
7. Admin Rights
The admin team may:
- Update quotation details
- Assign employees
- Verify payments
- Reject quotations
- Modify application features or workflows
8. Prohibited Activities
Dealers must not:
- Share login credentials
- Manipulate pricing data
- Upload false payment proofs
- Attempt unauthorized system access
- Misuse company data or dealer information
9. Intellectual Property
All application content including logos, trademarks, product information, designs, and software belong to OM Crop Science.
10. Limitation of Liability
OM Crop Science shall not be responsible for:
- Banking delays
- Incorrect payment transfers made by dealers
11. Termination
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate dealer access without prior notice if any violation is detected.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed under the laws of India.
